You should cease using the Website right away if you do not wish to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Any professionals who may be in direct or indirect rivalry with PCPA and/or Pharmacomm Ltd may be denied membership, and we have the right to withdraw membership when we think it necessary.

7.2 You consent to promotional funding and sponsorship by pharmaceutical or other industry partners by registering an account and joining PCPA and Pharmacomm Ltd. Training, mailers, resources, and other information's funding, communications, and content may or may not be promotional in nature; declarations on communications, resources, and educational materials will expressly identify the funding's nature.
7.3 We promise to make every effort to deliver the Services with appropriate skill and care.
8. Data Privacy
The UK Data Protection Act of 1998 and other relevant data privacy legislation will be followed in the storage and processing of all personal data. Both Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, and that the law of England and Wales shall govern these terms and conditions and our relationship with you.
