PCPA, recognises that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and
regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact
and improving our environmental performance is an integral part of our business
strategy and operating methods.
Responsibility
Melisa Byatt is responsible for ensuring that this environmental policy is
implemented, however, all employees have a responsibility in their area to ensure
that the aims and objectives of this policy are met.

We endeavour to:

• Continually improve and monitor environmental performance
• Continually improve and reduce environmental impacts
• Increase employee awareness
Paper:
• We will continually reduce any paper use, if alternatives are available
• We will recycle all paper
• We will buy recycled paper
Office Supplies:
• We are committed to reducing all waste. And we will question all purchases to
check if it is needed.
• We will endeavour to buy green products if available
• We will recycle all products, if possible
Promotional materials:
• We will review if these are necessary
• We will weigh up the impact of such materials
• We will keep any promotional materials to a minimum
• We will ensure we buy Eco products
• We will recycle any such materials
Monitoring and improvement
We will:
• Comply with all regulatory requirements
• Continually improve and monitor environmental performance
