Minesh Parbat

Minesh has worked in senior leadership positions within the NHS and has led on medicines optimisation projects both strategically and operationally. He is currently ICS Chief Pharmacist, NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin ICB and has a keen interest in organisational development and collaborative working.
Minesh practiced as an independent prescribing pharmacist in long term conditions clinics and undertaken structured medication reviews in GP Practice for over 10 years.

Clare Howard

Clare is a Pharmacist with over 30 years experience working in primary and community care, in NHS management and held regional and national, strategic leadership roles. Clare's expertise is in developing and leading large and complex programmes linked to medicines including medication safety and medicines optimisation. She is experienced in leading the development of national level, medicines-related data sets and tools such as the Medicines Optimisation Dashboard
